Ordering Information
My current turn around on new orders is approximately 2 to 3 months.
Also, there is a $150 minimum deposit to hold a place on my customer list.
Please keep in mind that the openings on my customer list are on a first come, first serve basis.
Open spots on my schedule are filled as I recieve the customer's order and deposit/payment.
At times my openings can fill up fairly quickly, so if you get a delivery time quoted from me one week and then wait 2 or 3 weeks to actually place the order or send in the deposit, several places on my customer list may have been filled during that time. This would extend your previously quoted delivery time. Sometimes (but not all of the time) waiting 2 or 3 weeks to actually place an order could possibly change the delivery date by a month or two. So please just keep that in mind. I like to give my customers the most accurate delivery dates that I possibly can.
I am fairly flexible when it comes to a customer placing an order. I accept payments by check, money order, Master Card, and VISA.
Please note that there is a $25 charge on cancelled orders when the deposit/payment has been paid with a credit card.
There are a couple of different ways that a customer can place an order...
1. A customer can print off an order form, fill it out, and mail it in with their deposit.
2. A customer can order by phone or email me the specifics of their bow order and then send in a check or money order by mail, or use a credit card to cover the deposit/payment.
Please DO NOT email me your credit card information. I would prefer that information be taken by phone or through the regular mail for security purposes.
It is a good idea to have an order form filled out in advance to aid in the ordering process if an order is placed over the phone.
After I receive a customer's bow order and payment, an order confirmation with the bow's expected delivery date and a receipt for the deposit/payment will be mailed to the customer.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me.
Thank you,
Brandon Stahl
