This bow was developed with a similar look and feel as the Super Kodiaks of the late 1960's, however, my Super Wildcat's design is slightly different from the originals. It's intended to be my idea of what the "perfect" Super Kodiak would be, and not a reproduction or exact copy of the original.
With the refinements I've made to this classic design, those that like the original Super Kodiaks should love the quality and shooting characteristics of my Super Wildcat.
The riser portion of the Super Wildcat is 23 ½” long. The grip is slender with a comfortable medium wrist position. The arrow shelf is fairly narrow and low cut, putting the arrow just above the nuckel of your bow hand. This is a great feature for instinctive shooting, as well as other shooting styles. The sight window is 5 3/4” tall and cut 1/8" past center. The nicely tapered limbs feature laminated bamboo as a standard core material. A maple limb core is available by request, if desired. The limb tips are finished off with fine quality, multi-layered overlays built to handle Fast Flight strings.
